30 Day Journal Pad

$15.00
sold out

I came up with this journal pad idea last year when I decided I wanted to become more aware of my day to day patterns. And boy did I! I realised that I wasn’t happy with some of my relationships, namely the one I had with my housemate- so much so, that I realised they were no good for my mental health and I ended up getting them to move out!

The thing with journalling is that yes it can be story telling, but as someone who doesn’t want to do that, I just want to make dot points to catalogue my day. I want to be able to go through 30 days in a row and understand what was good and what was bad, understand what I could change and be able to contemplate how with the facts laid out in front of me.

Maybe you don’t realise that you’ve been saying for a long time that you want to do x,y and z. Maybe you didn’t realise that someone was eating at your self esteem that you work with. Maybe you didn’t realise how much you should hang out with particular people because they have such a positive effect on your life- this tool can help you! Fill it out over 30 days consecutively, then make a date with yourself to go through the data. Take some time to think about what you’d like to change, or get rid of entirely! What you’d like to do more of.

This tool is simple and easy to use and can become a ritual very easily and quickly!

A5 rip pad.
